For security reasons, the manager will inform you of the location of your safety deposit box. We strongly recommend using this free facility to store holiday money, passports, and travel documents securely.
Setting the User Code:
The new code must be 4 digits.
Once entered, press "Lock" while holding the door shut.
To open, enter the new code.
Do not write your code down for security reasons. Choose a memorable 4-digit code instead. Before departure, please leave the door open.
Damages
We understand that accidents happen, but we kindly ask that you treat the property with care, just as you would your own home.
If you cause any damage, please report it to the property manager or via email as soon as possible.
Any damage to the property and its contents may be chargeable, at our discretion.
The property is fully inspected and inventoried after each stay. Any damage or missing items will be charged to your credit card.
If you notice any damage upon arrival, please report it immediately.
Lost Key Policy: There is a standard charge of €20 for a lost key. (This charge will also apply to your credit card if we are unable to locate the key after your departure.)
